Overcoming Redundancy

Overcoming-redundancy.com provides a wealth of tips, resources and information for anyone who has been made redundant.  Most people who are made redundant bounce back, and this site is designed to help you turn redundancy into a positive, life-changing event.

The website accompanies a book Overcoming Redundancy. This came about as a result of a 2009 survey of redundancy experiences carried out by the market research company Alternative Futures Research. Over 1,000 people took part in this national survey and you can find out more about their experiences and advice in the Research section of the site.

Tip of the Week

Network actively with friends and former working colleagues. Online networking tools like Linked In (www.linkedin.com) can help you trace former workmates you’ve lost contact with.
